COMPETITIVE CELL

The college has developed a cell to guide students for competitive examinations, like PCS, IAS, TOEFL, GRE, UGC-NET, CSIR, CDS, SSC etc. Students having an aptitude for such competitive examinations are identified and motivated through specific orientation programs .The cell provides the previous years exam papers / conducts drill tests and at times invites subject experts for invited lectures. The college keeps inviting the alumni who had cleared these exams earlier, to motivate the present batches through their success stories.

Objectives:

  1. To prepare students for competitive exams.
  2. To give the deserving students, an orientation of accepting challenging goals and striving for it.
  3. To support meritorious students in achieving their cherished goals.
  4. To inspire the students through the success stories of their senior batches.
  5. To make the study material available for aspirants of competitive exams.
  6. To keep the faculty members updated with the latest knowledge.

Mission:

The competitive cell aims at maximizing the potential of the students; spreading awareness about various competitive exams; Introducing the aspirants to the nature and pattern of various competitive exams available at graduate n postgraduate levels.
