Strategic planning is a continuous process with a specific focus on accomplishing institutions goals. Strategic planning & deployment document (SPDD) is based on analysis of current obstacles & future opportunities. Perspective plan & strategies are decided through meetings followed by periodic evaluation and review by a committee. Analysis is conducted by the Principal & IQAC coordinator & Team.

The college steers towards its perspective plan by working on the focal points & institutional strategies:

1. Enhancing the use of ICT in teaching learning.
2. Encouraging Research & Innovation by establishing IPR cell/ Innovation & start up cell.
3. Enabling outreach & inclusivity.
4. Gender sensitization inside the campus.

Perspective plan and concomitant strategies are decided through consultative meetings followed by periodic evaluation & review by a committee.

1. The IQAC & the Principal decided to setup at least one smart class room in every faculty, Science, Arts, Commerce, BCA to enable ICT usage. Seminars/ workshops were organized for the faculty members to aware them about ICT enabled teaching.
2. In order to encourage research & Innovation, an IPR cell was planned were faculty members & scholars would be encouraged towards scholarly research. A cell for innovation & starts up was planned to encourage innovative ideas & there execution.
3. The Principal & the IQAC encourage social out reach & inclusivity for incremental development of the college & the society. The Principal has plans to encourage consultancy work in accordance with the UGC guidelines.
4. It was planned that in order to prevent Sexual harassment at workplace, and internal complaint committee shall be established as per the directives of Hon’ble Supreme Court.
   • A women cell was to be established to look after the welfare of the women at work/studies.

Deployment

1. Smart classes were made & teachers using ICT in teaching.
2. An IPR cell is constituted under convenorship of Dr. S. P. Srivastava. One Patent already granted to the college.
   • Innovation & Start Up cell has been constituted under convenorship of Dr. Yashveer Gautam.
3. NSS has started Basti Pathshala as a social out reach.
   • Psychology Department students extended counselling for the students of Kendriya Vidyalaya Cantt, Kanpur.
   • Dr. Kashif Imdad extends his services on disaster management to the state government.
   • Dr. A. K. Singh with team of students extended services on Road Safety in the city.
4. A women cell was constituted which looks after the welfare of the women in the campus.

To prevent sexual harassment at workplace and internal complaint committee was formed under the guidelines of UGC, as per the directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
