Step 1. Register yourself at following CSJMU SMARTH PORTAL and get registration number.

कॉलेज में प्रवेश के लिए ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरने से पहले, सुनिश्चित करें कि आपने यूनिवर्सिटी समर्थ पोर्टल रजिस्ट्रेशन में ऑफ कैंपस, सही कोर्स और पीपीएन (पीजी) कॉलेज का चयन किया है और साथ ही आपने डिजीलॉकर से अपनी एबीसी आईडी भी जनरेट की है।।
Before filling the online form for admission in the college, make sure that you have selected Off Campus, correct course and PPN (PG) COLLEGE in the university SMARTH PORTAL registration as well as you have generated your ABC Id from DigiLocker. 

Step 2. Apply online for admission in PPN PG College using CSJMU SMARTH PORTAL registration number and using following Tab “Apply online”.

Step 3: Dates of respective Merit Cut-off will be displayed on website. Student has to visit at college for admission on the given date as per their merit.

Step-3.  Apply online for admission in PPN PG College using CSJM University registration number and  following Tab “Apply online”.
Step-4.

1. Contact the committee or concerned department for physical verification of documents and admission during 10:30 am to 3:00 pm on the dates in which you belongs to the merit cutoff range.

दस्तावेजों के भौतिक सत्यापन और प्रवेश के लिए समिति या संबंधित विभाग से सुबह 10:30 बजे से दोपहर 3:00 बजे के दौरान उन तिथियों पर संपर्क करें, जिनमें आप मेरिट कटऑफ रेंज से संबंधित हैं।)

2.  Bring the following at the time of Physical Verification of documents.
Copy of Online application.

  • All original documents.
  • One set photocopy of all documents (University Registration Copy with secret code, High school mark sheet and certificate, Intermediate Mark sheet and certificate, UG-Mark sheets, BEd and BTC mark sheet/certificate, caste certificate, EWS certificate, sports certificate, defense dependent certificate etc.)
  • Two latest Photographs
दस्तावेजों के भौतिक सत्यापन के समय निम्नलिखित लाएं।
  • ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्रति।
  • सभी मूल दस्तावेज।
  • सभी दस्तावेजों की एक सेट फोटोकॉपी (यूनिवर्सिटी रजिस्ट्रेशन की फोटोकॉपी एवं सीक्रेट कोड, हाई स्कूल मार्कशीट और सर्टिफिकेट, इंटरमीडिएट मार्कशीट और सर्टिफिकेट, यूजी-मार्कशीट, बीएड और बीटीसी मार्कशीट / सर्टिफिकेट, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, ईडब्ल्यूएस सर्टिफिकेट, स्पोर्ट्स सर्टिफिकेट, डिफेंस डिपेंडेंट सर्टिफिकेट आदि)
  • दो नवीनतम तस्वीरें

3. The subject selection and fee payment by the applicants shall be done after physical verification through online mode.

आवेदकों द्वारा विषय चयन और शुल्क भुगतान ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से भौतिक सत्यापन के बाद किया जाएगा।

Offline Admission Process for Self Finance Courses of UG-1st Year (BCom-Only Girls, BBA & BCA)

For Admission in B.Com. (Only Girls), BBA, and BCA

 Step-1. Register yourself at following CSJMU SMARTH PORTAL and get two page registration application form.

निम्नलिखित CSJMU SMARTH PORTAL पर अपना पंजीकरण करें और दो-पृष्ठों वाला पंजीकरण आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त करें।

During registration at CSJM University SMARTH PORTAL assure that you have selected correct course and P.P.N. P.G. COLLEGE, KANPUR.  As well as, assure that you have generated your ABC Id from DigiLocker.

CSJM यूनिवर्सिटी के SMARTH पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करते समय, यह सुनिश्चित करें कि आपने सही कोर्स और P.P.N. P.G. COLLEGE, KANPUR का चयन किया है। साथ ही, यह भी सुनिश्चित करें कि आपने DigiLocker से अपनी ABC ID जेनरेट कर ली है।

Step-2.  Visit the Department of Self-financed Courses of P.P.N. College and purchase the offline form. After filling the form and attaching all the marksheet and certificates, contact to the committee of concerned UG-Course and complete the admission.

P.P.N. कॉलेज के 'स्व-वित्तपोषित पाठ्यक्रम विभाग' (Department of Self-financed Courses) में जाएँ और ऑफ़लाइन फ़ॉर्म खरीदें। फ़ॉर्म भरने और सभी मार्कशीट व प्रमाण-पत्र संलग्न करने के बाद, संबंधित UG-पाठ्यक्रम की समिति से संपर्क करें और प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पूरी करें।

For Admission in M.Sc.-Zoology and M.Com

 Step-1. Register yourself at following CSJMU SMARTH PORTAL and get two page registration application form.
