Post Graduate programme in the Department of Zoology, PPN Degree College was established in 1998 under self finance scheme. From its establishment the Department becomes one of the finest Departments in the CSJM University, Kanpur. Zoology is one of the most fascinating and interesting subject in the field of biology as it involves the study of animals including wildlife and their behaviour. Department of Zoology has always aimed at teaching and mentoring students sincerely. Our Department has one of the best faculties in CSJM University.

Specialization

We offer specialization in environmental Science. Every year we organize study tour/excursion for the students to explore natural world of animals as well.  The study tour also inculcates the value of team spirit among the students. 

• Students seminars are held regularly in which students deliver Power Point Presentations on topic regarding Environmental Science
• Practical works are performed regularly
• Our Department has a personal library dedicated for the students

• In the recent years many students have qualified for NET/JRF, GATE and got opportunity for Ph.D. programme in renowned institutions .
