·       Some class rooms shall be converted into smart class the IQAC shall pursue funds for the smart class from the management.

·       IQAC shall have its own website where the academic development of the faculty shall be uploaded.

·       The committee agreed upon hiring an external agency to conduct the green audit/environment audit/energy audits in the college so that we might improve upon energy consumption and environment conservation.

·       An ISO 14001 certified company was approached for green audit/environment audit/energy audit.

·       Need to promote an encouraging atmosphere for Research and Innovation was felt and agreed upon.

·       It was decided upon that the Research and innovation cell shall hold monthly meetings for brain storming of the thinking minds.

·       The Research and innovation cell created a whatsapp group for dissemination of upcoming opportunities in research/information about the various funding bodies.

·       Those having accomplished a research activities/innovations activity, were recognized by the institution.

·       It was decided that more outreach programmes/activities shall be inspired.

·       Outreach activities done by Dr. Abha Singh, Dr. D. K. Saxena, Dr. Satish Chandra, Dr. K. K. Yadav and Dr. A. K. Singh were validated.

·       It was decided to bring gender equality in the campus.

·       The ICC was instructed to organise workshop/seminar for gender sensitization.

·       The ICC posted posters on gender equality in the campus.

·       It was decided to frame the curricular aspects of the academic programmes.

·       It was decided to design of Google form for feedback of alumni students, teachers & employees.

·       Many Innovative Suggestion came out of the discussion to be included in the feedback forms and discuss with Principal.

·       Dr. Neena Tandon, Ms.Shrasty Katiyar, Mr. L.K Maurya & Mr. R.K Trivedi incorporated their innovations in the Google forms.

·       There was a discussion on students enrolments ratio and catering to students diversity.

·       There was a discussion on the suitable or appropriate methods of collecting data.

·       For KI-2 Indicator Methods of data collection were formulated.

·       Dr. Rajesh Gupta convenor, Dr Anuj Mishra & Dr. Rashmi Mishra as member of KI-2(A) were present there and they discussed the learning levels of students and organize special programme for learners.

·       It was decided that the data shall be collected through link which was constructed by IT cell of the College.

·       FDP information was circulated to faculty members to complete tasks of enhancement.

·       It was decided that data regarding admission, examination and accounts must be pursued in time bound period.

·       It was decided that data must be collected regarding KI-2.6.3 and KI-2.7.1 for session 2022-23 and 2023-24 sessions respectively.

·       Prof. D. C. Katiyar and Prof. Rajesh Gupta presented complete data but they lacked supporting documents due to office staff reluctance.

·       The convenors of KI-2.6.1 and KI-2.6.3 submitted data which is almost complete.
