Shri Yogendra Swarup Ji, younger son of Late Shri Devendra Swarup Ji took charge of maintaining and containing the family tradition in the area of social service and education after Shri Devendra Swarup Ji left for Heavenly abode in 1995.

Shri Yogendra Swarup ji, besides being the president of PPN College Management Committee, is also a reputed lawyer, and has served as a legal advisor in many government as well as non-government institutions of Uttar Pradesh. From the past two decades he is a member of Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and in the year 2003-04 also served as a Chairman of Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh.

Under the guidance of Shri Yogendra Swarup Ji, the college had performed exceptionally well and new courses were also introduced like BBA, BCA, B.Com (exclusively for girls), and D.El.Ed programmes along with it short term diploma courses to meet the growing demands of students and need of the time to make traditional education job oriented and global. The college is proud of imparting the quality education in 20 UG and 13 PG subjects. Since its inception the college, in spite of its limited sources, but due to able guidance of Shri Yogendra Swarup Ji, holds a prominent place on the national map in research and teaching.
